Port Gibson is the third
oldest incorporated town in Mississippi left untouched by the Union forces lead
by Gen. Grant as they marched into Port Gibson May 2, 1863 during the Vicksburg
Campaign. Several Churches and homes some dating back as early as 1810 will be
open for tours. This will be the largest number of historic Port Gibson homes on
tour in years. List below if from Spring and may change for fall. Churches Open For Tours
